Use local context without jumping to legal conclusions
Lorain matters can arise on roads, in rideshare trips, at businesses, around schools, in public spaces, or during recreation. The setting helps identify evidence and possible records holders, but it does not prove fault. Preserve what can be verified and let a qualified Ohio lawyer explain which rules may apply.
Start by recording the precise address or route, date and time, organizations involved, report numbers, witnesses, medical care, and every place that may hold video or electronic records. Keep original files and avoid editing the only copy.
Three common Lorain research paths
Parks, sidewalks, libraries, and public facilities

Truck matters can involve a carrier, vehicle owner, shipper, maintenance provider, or other records holder; the responsible parties cannot be assumed from the vehicle alone.
